Job Description: We are looking for an experienced CNC Shift Supervisor to oversee CNC machining operations during assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily CNC machining operations. - Monitor machine operators and ensure production targets are achieved. - Ensure proper machine utilization, manpower allocation, and workflow. - Monitor production quality and reduce rejection/rework. - Handle basic troubleshooting related to CNC machines and production issues. - Ensure operators follow work instructions, safety, and quality standards. - Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. - Maintain shift-wise production and related records. Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in CNC machining/production. - Good knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes. - Experience in handling operators and shift activities. - Ability to manage production targets and shop-floor operations.
