M.B.A/ P.G will be preferred
Responsible for developing overall business of all products PAN India. Provide sales projection to management. Ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, budgets, and managing staffs. Should ensure team is effectively promoting Company's products and targeting the right customers. Build sales strategies and motivate the team to achieve the set goals. Monitor and ensure effective management of leads and post sales services. Work on customer retention strategy and implement the same. To ensure the better performance from the team by visiting branch offices and motivating them regularly. To provide inputs to management based on MIS data and customer’s requirements.
Minimum 10 to 16 years of experience with proven track record in Logistics sales (M.B.A/ P.G will be preferred). The candidate should possess sound operational knowledge, communication skills and good rapport with customers in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry.
