Job Title: CNC Supervisor Job Location: Ambattur, Chennai Experience: 3+ Years Number of Openings: 2 Salary: As per experience and industry standards Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible CNC Supervisor to oversee daily CNC machine operations, handle manpower, maintain production data, and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily CNC machine operations and production activities. Handle manpower allocation, attendance, and workforce coordination. Maintain daily production reports and perform basic data entry. Ensure proper utilization of CNC machines, tools, and resources. Possess basic knowledge of CNC tools and machining processes. Monitor production targets, quality standards, and workflow. Coordinate with operators and management to resolve production-related issues. Maintain shop-floor discipline and follow safety procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in CNC supervision or a related manufacturing role. Good manpower handling and team coordination skills. Basic knowledge of CNC tools and machining operations. Basic computer knowledge, including data entry and production report maintenance. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage shop-floor activities efficiently. Candidate Requirements Candidates with relevant CNC shop-floor supervisory experience are preferred. Must be available for immediate joining.
