Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to support manufacturing operations. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in the production field. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machines and equipment as per standard procedures. Assist in material handling, assembly, and packing activities on the shop floor. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Report machine issues or production defects to the supervisor immediately. Maintain basic production records and support continuous improvement activities. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trades. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety practices is preferred. Willingness to work in shifts and a team environment.
