Handling contract staffing/deployment. Domestic as well as international client Somebody who can bring client i.e. Business Development. His/her job will be to get clients and get the delivery. Also he/she will be having a recruitment team under him/her. Handling the deployment department where he has to do domestic/international clients. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

2+ years of experience working in new Business Development / client acquisition/ Software/IT in the Indian market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Focused and goal-oriented
