Key Responsibilities: Manage & ensure 100% collection for all the Micro finance members allotted. Ensure leads are generated for retail asset product like LAP /HL Has to Ensure & adhere process compliance as defined by the organization while achieving the business targets Process Compliance Adhere to the laid down processes for repayment and relationship management with customer. Ensure payments are collected in time Continues Follow-up on Collection with the customer Customer Interaction (Locate and Notify customer) Adherence to timelines on collections Interact the clients in a courteous manner and maintain punctuality in center meetings. Update the details of all payments received and deposit the same in branch. Desired Experience: Number of years of experience (0-02 years) Type of companies/sector worked for (Micro Finance companies Private commercial banks and large NBFCs/Fresher) Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations (Primarily Should be responsible for collection/Receivables for allotted Customers) Languages (Hindi/English/Local language) Computer/technical skills (Basic knowledge of MSCIT) Qualifications: Graduation: (Any Graduate) Post-graduation: Not specific Professional Qualifications: Not specific Certifications (:- Not specificPD visit experience is Must
