At first, we look this job role as an internal elevation role for excellent and consistent performers across MF, GL, IBRL & OD collection teams. For External Candidates: Number of years of experience (range): 1-3 years Types of Companies/Sectors worked for: - Banks/NBFCs, Housing finance companies should have relevant experience in LAP & housing finance. Responsibility Managed in previous organization: - The applicant Should Have experience in Sourcing of LAP & housing products Languages: - Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Computer/technical skills (If Any): Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).

Job Description: To ensure Legitimate file conversion of Micro LAP & Agri. Secured Loans/Mortgages from 2 Lac to 5 Lac for our existing Micro Finance Members & Open Market customers as per ESFB Compliance, Process & Policy.
