Desired Profile

Device/ equipment development from concept, prototype to final product. Familiarity in sheet metal forming machined components design Good knowledge on basic engineering principles and drawings System based approach to design & development Should be in a position to independently design, develop and validate Prototypes. To ensure effective communication and clear assignment of responsibility to subordinates. To find problem at an early stage of product development and quickly address it. To provide the required information for purchasing, production and for service provisions. To guide in preparation of service manual. Open mind to execute innovative options for design Aptitude for excellence & achievement.
