• Responsible for inbound calls and outbound calls. • To provide conference calls as per requirements. • To maintain meeting rooms and conference rooms through coordination with House Keeping department • To handle guests, plant visitors, vendors & auditors' entry exit activities. • To maintain coordination with inter departments & staffs. • To handle currier services and other admin activities. • To processes reservations, hotel bookings, travel ticket bookings etc.
