Job description

Marks our material with stencil and/or hard stamp in order to guarantee their traceability. Establishes non-conformity reports when necessary for incoming raw material and fabricated material including subcontracted jobs. Assists the Services department for inspection of components for the Tapping Machines.

Desired Profile

Assists the QC Inspector (third party) to inspect and record measurements for material before and/or during inspections. Supplies technical assistance (drawings, pressure tests, defect acceptance, tools and instruments). Follows the packing of material to dispatch according to the customer requirements; Ensures the follow-up of sub-contracted operations with specific survey. Verifies the conformity with drawings, requisitions, material test certificates of all incoming materials. Coordinates with concerned departments and maintains various databases, reports and files necessary to support the QC function. Follows up the important orders according to the specific customer requirements. Builds up technical files, compiles and updates technical documentation and information.
