Any Graduation
Knowledge: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Good understanding of the BPO industry (outbound/inbound or both) Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken, written and listening skills) • Ability to work on own initiative making informed decisions within area of responsibility
Taking inbound calls, chiefly, payments and enquiry calls from our customers (tenant). Basic non-voice back office paper work with reference to updating claims to and information of customers. No sales targets or measures on number of calls per day or paperwork completed. Main requirement is on the accuracy of the information provided to our callers and the accuracy of paperwork completion. Desired Candidate Profile The candidate should have a clear telephone voice and above all must be able to understand UK accents over the phone.
