Desired Profile

Ensure the PPM of all critical equipment like HVAC & Chillers, Sewage treatment plants, UPS, DG Sets, Water treatment, transformer, LT panel, Fire Safety etc. to be performed as per 52 calendar Ensure proper records are maintained relating to all plant and equipment for the Properties including repair and service records. Coordinate with vendors for equipment breakdown Ensure that inventory stores have adequate stocks of materials, equipment and tools and are kept in a clean and safe environment. Daily, weekly and monthly inspection to be carried out as per in house PPM calendar Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues. Ensure maintenance staff is wearing proper uniforms with name tag and upholds grooming and hygiene standards.
