Job description

Ensure the PPM of all critical equipment like HVAC & Chillers, Sewage treatment plants, UPS, DG Sets, Water treatment, transformer, LT panel, Fire Safety etc to be Ensure proper records are maintained relating to all plant and equipment for the Properties including repair and service records. Performed as per 52 calendar Coordinate with vendors for equipment breakdown Ensure that inventory stores have adequate stocks of materials, equipment and tools and are kept in a clean and safe environment. Perform daily and weekly property document inspections, random audits. Ensure property, grounds, physical plant and work areas are maintained to standard and that all safety equipment and conditions are to code. Provide training to vendor staff Discuss with the Supplier team upon maintenance status and inspection reports of all equipment. Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues. Monitor, track the budget on a monthly basis. Participate in monthly reviews of the supplier performances and share key inputs for improvisation of service Raise the PR for monthly consumables Track PO vs invoice tracker
