Handle end to end recruitment. Responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirements and furnishing them with relevant profiles. Identify candidates using different sourcing methodologies like referrals, job search portals, and internal database and web posting. Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and manage candidate databases. Responsible for the first round of interview, documents and background verification, reference checks. Handle full function of on boarding, joining formalities. Prepare offer, appointment, and employee contract letter and perform compliance check before releasing the offer.
