Responsibilities: Contact potential customers through cold calls and generate leads Explain our product features and benefits to prospective customers Follow up on leads and provide product information to interested customers Keep accurate records of customer interactions Requirements: Proven experience in tele-calling sales, preferably in the packaging machine industry (not a must) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of basic computer applications and CRM tools Fluency in English and Tamil (other regional language proficiency is a plus)
