Any Graduation
1. Responsible for service Desk delivery. 2. Call Logging/ Follow up/ closure for Various Incident. 3. Co-ordinate with property team for closure of tickets. 4. Co-ordinate with service Provider for any error in the tool. 5. Continuously monitors helpdesk ticket status and update the tool accordingly. 6. Makes report on a monthly basis and validate the ticket status and follow up with property managers/campus Managers for closure.
1. Qualification : Graduate 2. Experience :1-3 Years 3. Knowledge of MS Excel 4. Good communication skills 5. Languages : English & Tamil is must
