Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. Maintain a positive work-culture in the company. Support admin activities for smooth functioning of office. Identify new trends in markets and suggest ways to encourage employees to participate in like Fun Fridays etc. Cold Calling and following up with Client Leads and maintain its relevant documentation. Desired Candidate Profile Good verbal and written communication skills. Punctual, right attitude keen to learn new technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
