Major Responsibilities • Conducting Pre. Micro Enterprise Development/ Micro Enterprise Development Training • Identifying Clients , Loan Disbursement and Collection • Maintain High quality Portfolio including maintaining minimum PAR • Maintain Client Relationship and relationship with VFI staffs • Creating demand of VFI Loan Products • Formation and strengthening of SHG/JLG’S Indicators/ End Results Expected • Ensure all SHG Members are well trained/ educated about VFI and its products. • Obtaining Potential Clients and maintaining a smooth loan disbursement and collection process • Provide quality portfolio and ensure No/Minimum PAR • Ensuring lasting healthy relationship with all clients and VFI staff • VFI loan products are marketed well for maximum reach out • Ensure potential groups are formed/strengthened and assisted with timely loans Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education Completed +2 and Under Graduation (Graduate) or +2 and Diploma Holder in any discipline (Preferably in development economics) Knowledge & Skills

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Skill in market assessment • Knowledge of micro finance industry and its functioning • Skills in business feasibility and recommending the size of the loan • Maintain high integrity and quality Portfolio Experience Zero to Three years’ experience in Micro finance institutions
