Job description

Taking of history & examining the patient within an hour of admission and document the plan of care as well as progress notes in the medical record meticulously. Report to the treating consultant about the same. Writing medical records including initial assessment, doctors progress notes, drug chart, consent taking, investigation orders, medical reconciliation form etc.
