Job description

Roles and Responsibilities Supervises complete functioning of nursing department. Prepares policies and objectives of the nursing department in accordance with that of the hospital. Plans and monitors overall progress of the nursing services. Plans for promotions of different categories of Nursing Staff. Devices and implements regular training programs for staff development. Initiates and co-ordinates teaching & research programs for the nursing department. Desired Candidate Profile B.sc Nursing/DGNM can apply 8 to 15 yrs of experience needed Candidates should have good communication skills
