Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions by achieving lead generation targets established for the Marketing Division from Offline and Online Sources. Should have excellent experience in generating quality leads for driving business. Ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, budgets, and managing staffs. Should ensure team is effectively promoting Company's products and targeting the right customers. Build sales strategies and motivate the team to achieve the set goals.

Desired Profile

1. Execution of Go-To-Market strategy in all new markets. 2. Define Brand Building activities to ensure brand positioning. 3. Define marketing programs for demand creation /lead creation. 4. Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting.
